- All allottees of ballots held in 2016 to 2023 for Commercial & Residential plots in all phases of DHA Lahore and all purchased plots in all phases whose default notices issued by DHA Lahore are hereby informed to deposit their outstanding dues by 31 Mar 2024 to avoid initiation of cancellation as every such Allottee has been properly notified of this fact through official notices respectively issued.
- DHA management as per ‘Terms & Conditions of Allotment’ and statutory provisions reserves the right to cancel the allotments and refund the paid dues after necessary deductions in case the overdue payments are not cleared by due date mentioned above.
- This public notice must be taken as Official Communiqué from DHA Lahore on the subject, pursuant to which DHA Lahore will proceed for cancellation of allotments accordingly.
